Sarah Elizabeth is a new Clematis from Raymond Evison. It’s a free-flowering variety that’s bushy and lush, yet bred for its compact habit. If you’re a fan of Clematis blooms but lack the room for a long vine toppling over fences and crawling up walls, these pretty, understated blooms are ideal for growing in containers. The bubblegum-pink color of each bloom is simply outstanding, and they’ll keep flowering all through summer. The plant grows quickly and without difficulty. Clematis ‘Evipo098’ SARAH ELIZABETH

In our EZ Pruning Guide, this variety is in the YELLOW pruning category. It blooms best on old vine. Use caution when pruning to retain healthy stems from last season for best flowering.
